Do You Ship Internationally?

For the time being, we are shipping internationally—but only to neighbouring countries from Malaysia (Eg. Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia). We plan to make our goods available worldwide in the near future and we are working hard towards this.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Note the delivery time may vary from place to place.

Our warehouse is located in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. If your shipping address is in the vicinity of the warehouse you will get your merchandise as early as the next day after ordering. The farther the shipping address means the longer the merchandise will get shipped to you.

By using PosLaju as our courier we can guarantee the quickest time for your merchandise to arrive.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Starting June 2017, is using senangPay as the sole payment gateway. Previously, we were using MOLPay as the payment gateway. We plan to include other payment gateways in order to serve you better.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Of course. The modern age of internet security, coupled with efficiency of couriers means you can shop online without fear now.

At Haje, our customers’ security is our number one priority. The site is equipped with SSL layer (you can see this on the address bar of your browser) to ensure all sensitive information you enter will be encrypted and cannot be seen by prying eyes.

How do I place an Order?

1. Add To Cart

Start by selecting your item(s) and add them to cart by pressing the “Add To Cart” buttons on the site.

For products with variations (e.g. products with multiple color and/or size options) you must first select the color and/or size before clicking the “Add To Cart” button.

2. Review Cart

The Cart is your place to view all of your wanted items. Review all your products here, add more or delete items from this page.

3. Checkout

Checkout page is where you enter all your billing and shipping addressed, your contact number and email. Please provide correct information so that we will have no problem shipping you your products quickly and efficiently.

4. Payment

After you click on “Place order” button on Checkout page, you will then be redirected to the payment gateway page. FYI, Haje employs senangPay as our payment gateway.

At the senangPay Payment page, you can choose your payment method at the middle of the page. Add your information, and boom! The payment will be made and your order will be placed.

We can’t stress this enough. Please follow the payment wizard until it leads back to the “Thank You” screen at out website. Or else your order won’t be recorded.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Have a change of heart? No problem at all. Just click Cancel at the payment page. You still can cancel your buy even as far at the MOLPay page. In other words, if you still hasn’t paid, you can cancel.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, we do not require you to create an account with us. We do, however, require your address and payment information upon checkout.

But, yes there’s a but. Registered customers entitled to get special users discounts from time to time.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can use the Order Tracking page to track your order. After your order has been completed (we have passed the parcel to the courier) we will email you the tracking number. You can then use this number at PosLaju Track & Trace.

How Can I Return a Product?

We are in the clothes business. Online. Of course there will bound to be wrong size clothes arrived at you, our customer. When this happens to you, no worries. Open a support ticket, and we will help you on how to return the merchandise and get another.
